- Profile information: professional bio, photo, areas of expertise, and session pricing (Experts only)
- Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers
- Booking information: session details, scheduling preferences, and client notes
- Communications: emails and messages sent through the platform
We also collect information automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with the platform
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address
- Cookies: used for authentication, preferences, and analytics (see Section 7)

- To provide and maintain our marketplace platform
- To process payments and facilitate bookings between clients and Experts

4. Payment Processing

5. Scheduling
We use Calendly to facilitate session scheduling. When you book a session, your name and email are shared with Calendly to create the calendar event. Please refer to Calendly's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:
- Between clients and Experts: to facilitate bookings (e.g. name, email, session notes)
- Payment processors: Stripe, to process transactions
- Scheduling providers: Calendly, to manage session bookings
- Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or legal process

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
